It;s so important to stay healthy especially now during this pandemic. I know that it can feel overwhelming to try to stay or get into shape when you’re at home so much now.
In this blog I am going to share some fun and simple idea’s to help you be more active while you building you business working at home.
Drink More Water
One of the most important things you can do is to make sure you are drinking lots of water. I know when I get writing my blogs I can get so focused that I forget to have my water. One of the things I have done is to add a water filtration system to my taps so that I get better tasting water.
So before I get started I make sure to have a bottle of water by my side. I know that it can be hard to get use to drinking just plain water all the time. So I have added a link below with some awesome ideas on what you can add to you water to add flavor and to be healthy. My personal favorite is adding cucumbers to it.

I am a very big fan of using my calendar for just about everything I do. If it is not on my calendar There is a good chance that I won’t get to it that day or any day soon. Don’t be afraid to change up you work out times as well. Some weeks I do mornings and other times I do afternoons. That way it helps to keep it fun.
Where To Find Great Ideas For Workouts
Now you ready to get started but you not sure where to find a great workout. Here are a few suggestions.
1) YouTube. I love YouTube because you can find just about anything you want. There are great workout videos from professionals to people who are just getting started. You will be able to find someone you can relate to.
2) Pinterest. This is my favorite to use. The reason being is I can search for any kind of work out I want and will find great information on that kind of workout. For example right now I am using kettle balls in my workouts. I can search out the work outs and save them to my favorites and use them anytime I want. 3) Facebook Groups: There are a lot of groups on Facebook that you could also do a search for that could be the perfect fit for you. The community feeling as well as all the positive reinforcement will help to keep you on track,

What Kind Of Workout Should I Do?
Everyone has their own favorite kinds of workouts. For me I love using the kettle balls. I find that it gives me the best overall workout.
Now what is good for me may not be right for you. I suggest checking out different kinds of workouts and decide which one you think would be fun to do. Ask your friends and family what they are doing and why they love doing it. Don’t forget to get all the family involved with the workouts! This is a great way to have some family bonding time.
Just remember as long as it gets you heart rate up and you feel good afterwards then you know you have the right workout for you.

Take the time to make sure you take care of you body. It is the only one you have.
